it would be beneficial to update the CIP FAQ section of the CIP website before ELCE. I just went over it and it seems it was done some time ago.
Adding a link to the white-paper, another one to the Participate section of the wiki front page, another to the current members web page.... can be some obvious improvements.
I also think it is important to provide a more accurate answer to the first question.
